Getting started

1. Sign up. Create your account and your seven day free trial begins with full access to everything.
2. Add your date and venue. The guided setup asks for these first, so your countdown, timeline and checklist are ready straight away.
3. Invite your partner. Your partner is included at no extra cost and sees everything you do, on their own login.
4. Build the guest list. Add guests one by one or bring a spreadsheet (CSV) across in a few clicks.
5. Publish your website. Choose a design, add your story and details, then share the link or QR code so guests can reply.

Trial, pricing and your account

Is there really a free trial?

Yes. Seven days with full access to everything, on the monthly or the yearly plan. You add a card when you start so the Suite can carry on smoothly if you love it, but nothing is taken during the seven days. Cancel before they end and you are never charged.

What does it cost after the trial?

You choose a monthly or a yearly plan, and the yearly plan saves you money against paying monthly. Your exact prices show in your own currency in the pricing section on our home page. Everything is included, you can cancel anytime, and there are no feature locks or upsells.

Can I cancel any time?

Absolutely. There is no lock-in. A card is needed to begin your trial, but cancel in a couple of clicks before the seven days end and it is never charged. Cancel later and you keep access until the period you have paid for ends.

What happens to my planning after the wedding?

Your access continues past the wedding day so you can finish thank-you cards, settle final payments and keep your wedding archive, an editorial keepsake of the whole celebration that is yours to keep.

Planning together

Do both of us get access?

Yes. Your partner is included at no extra cost, with no second account to buy. You can also add helpers with limited access and share vendor links.

Can I add helpers and vendors without giving away everything?

Yes. Partners get full access. Helpers can be given limited access to only the sections you choose, say, just the guest list or the timeline. And you can create shareable links for individual vendors so your caterer sees dietary numbers, your florist sees the run sheet, and nobody sees your budget.

How long does setup take?

Most couples have their guest list, budget and website live within the first hour, thanks to the guided setup and the little tour on every page.

What if I have already started planning elsewhere?

Your guest list can come across from a spreadsheet (CSV) in a few clicks. Everything else, your budget, seating, timeline and website, is set up fresh inside the Suite, with the guided setup walking you through it.

Guests, RSVPs and seating

Will my guests need to download anything to RSVP?

No. Your wedding website has a built-in RSVP form with a shareable link and QR code. Guests find their name, reply and add dietary notes, and their answers flow straight into your seating, catering and stationery automatically. You can also email your guests directly from the Suite.

How does the seating planner handle all the requirements?

Seating is genuinely hard: someone will not sit near someone, a guest needs a pram space, families must stay together. You set those rules once, then drag guests to seats and the Suite warns you the moment something breaks a rule, so a fixable problem never becomes a wedding-day one.

Privacy and devices

Is my data private and secure?

Your wedding is yours. Everything is stored securely and privately, never sold, and never cluttered with sponsored vendors or ads. Private vow spaces are visible only to you, not even your partner can open them.

Does it work on my phone?

Beautifully. The Suite is fully responsive and syncs instantly across iPhone, iPad, Mac and Windows, so you can add a guest on the couch and design your floor plan on a laptop without missing a beat.
